This is my first MOOCA (Massive Open Online Course) and part of what you would expect from a course with these characteristics is to share interesting links and pages that can help to understand and comprehend the topics covered.

I have just begun and already the first link interesting:

Seven Strategies for Supporting Personal Learning Environments at Work

Michele Martin's Blog: The Bamboo Project, where are some strategies to understand and comprehend what the PLE:

1. Nurture a culture of learning

2. Show people what you mean by PLE

3. Star introducing the tools

4. Try introducing tools in the context of productivity and making work easier.

5. Have staff play around with mini lessons and using the different tools.

6. Reward staff for being learnenrs.

7. Find some champions and support them in using the tools and spreading the word.

Although the strategies are developed for a company, I think, very well may be used to learn to use the PLE in an educational environment.

Este es mi primer Mooca (Curso masivo abierto en línea) y parte de lo que cabría esperar de un curso de estas características es el de compartir enlaces de interés y páginas que pueden ayudar a entender y comprender los temas tratados. Apenas ha iniciado el curso y ya el primer enlace interesante:

Blog de Michele Martin: The Bamboo Project, donde están algunas estrategias para entender y comprender lo que es el PLE:

1. Fomentar una cultura de aprendizaje
2. Mostrar a la gente lo que quiere decir con PLE
3. Introducción en el uso de las herramientas
4. Trate de introducir instrumentos en el contexto de la productividad y hacer más fácil el trabajo.
5. Disponer de personal para "jugar" con mini lecciones usando las diferentes herramientas.
6. Recompensar al personal por ser aprendices.
7. Encuentra algunos campeones y apoyarlos en el uso de las herramientas y la difusión.

Aunque las estrategias están desarrolladas para una empresa, creo que, muy bien pueden utilizarse para aprender a utilizar los PLE en un ambiente educativo.
